This is "Small Juan" who came into being because the jumpsuit that was made for "Little Juan" was too short in the legs. Therefore I had to shorten his legs about 1.5 inches. He also has a round green 36" diameter parachute. It is cut with a "Crossbow" type design.
This side view shows off to good advantage the bend in the legs. Which gives Small Juan a very stable face to earth free fall position.
This shows the back pack and the release pins and switch harness. If you look closely you can see the yellow rubber bands that assist the pack tray in opening. The red portion of the pack lock wire is heat shirnk tubing to keep the lock wire from sticking into the pack tray. I used a cotton broadcloth material for Small Juan's jumpsuit and packtray.
